Membership
Membership is open to youth up to age 18 (19 if still in high school), plus adults competing in our select adult events. Members earn year-end points toward awards, buckles and scholarships.
How to Join
1. Complete the membership form
One form per contestant, listing the events and division they plan to enter for the season.
2. Sign the release / waiver
A parent or legal guardian must sign the release and waiver for every contestant under 18.
3. Submit your call-in
Email call-in opens the 1st of each rodeo month and closes at 9pm ET on the posted date. Late call-in carries an added fee.
4. Turn in volunteer cards
Each family completes volunteer cards for the first and second halves of the season by the posted deadlines.
