Mission Statement
At the RockN’5L Rodeo Company, our mission is to grow the sport of rodeo while helping shape the next generation of athletes with strong values, respect, and character. We are passionate about developing confident young competitors — both in and out of the arena — in a positive, encouraging environment.
Goals
- Grow the sport of rodeo
- Prepare young athletes for the next level of competition
- Promote strong character, sportsmanship, and responsibility
Instilling Character
Character is developed through example, accountability, and experience. We believe strong character is built on six key principles:
- 1.Honesty
- 2.Strong work ethic
- 3.Taking responsibility for one's actions
- 4.Helping yourself and others
- 5.Maintaining a positive attitude
- 6.Setting a good example
Growing the Sport
Junior to Senior, Senior to Super Senior, Super Senior to college or professional rodeo. By building strong fundamentals early, we help athletes grow with confidence as they move forward.
Preparing the Athlete
Appropriate, quality stock. Experienced and dedicated personnel. Knowledgeable mentors. Countless hours of planning focused on your child’s success.
How Parents Can Help
Help ensure contestants and horses are ready, provide personal equipment when possible, and volunteer when able. Most of all, bring patience and a positive attitude — kids learn from the adults around them.
